Our Vision
* Everyone affected by dementia deserves to know that they are safe, cared for and never alone.
* We make that possible by welcoming people into our Smile community and bringing them together through social events and support groups.
* We provide free, life-changing training courses that offer people vital knowledge as well as a social care and medical support network to navigate the journey ahead.
