Please let us know if you would like to attend our Carers Group next week on Thursday 15th August 1.30pm - 3pm at Warner Bros.
Lovely Georgina will be doing a Mindfulness session for Carers. It is a session created for you to relax and focus on yourself.
Loved ones are very welcome to attend and relax in the Atrium with a cuppa and cake with our Volunteers. (Games and creative activities available.)
Second Thursday of the month from 1.30pm - 3pm.
