Outing to College Lake Nature Reserve

”It was so wonderful to enjoy the most breathtaking views and walk around College Lake Nature Reserve amongst brilliant company - thank you to the Smile team,” shared a lovely gentleman, recently diagnosed with dementia.Brian wants to live his life to the full, meet new people and enjoy new experiences as long as he is able to. This is exactly what Say It With A Smile is all about…Thank you to all the staff and volunteers at the College Lake Nature Reserve for looking after us all and providing us with a delicious lunch, an excellent wildlife and history talk by Volunteer Bernard and lending us a collection of binoculars to view the incredible flock of birds. We all throughly enjoyed our picturesque walk in the glorious sunshine.We will be organising future monthly Friday walks in countryside locations.For more details please see our next Monthly October Calendar.
