Our ‘Young Ones’ group visits Tulleys Tulip Fields

Spectacular visit to see half a million tulips at Tulleys Tulip Fields Hertfordshire with some of our Smile friends from our ‘Young Ones’ group.
We highly recommend a visit. It is located at Willows Activity Farm.If you know of anyone living with memory loss or had a dementia diagnosis under the age of 65, whom would be interested in joining our group, please email:
Dementia is such a cruel disease and increasingly affecting people under the age of 65. Our vision is to organise bespoke outings and in turn create a community of support.Special thank you to Hertfordshire County Council for funding our ‘Young Ones’ group. This is making a huge difference to our young Smile families.
